A couple of lessons from my Chihuahua’s congestive heart failure

This is my little dude, Sparky. He’s a Chihuahua and he’s not looking real perky in this picture because he’s waiting for test results at the emergency room a few months back that would explain why – as we were taking our evening stroll – he suddenly fell over on his side like a tipped cow.
